FAQ'S
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately, you may not stack codes or claim more than one offer at a time - One discount code per order. If you wish to use another discount code, a separate order must be placed.
Can I re-use the tins?
Yes please! Once the candle's done, clean it out and reuse it however you see fit! We also sell candle refills so you can refill the tins and make your own candle at home! It's soooo fun.
What can I do with my leftover wax/tunneling candle?
Candle tunneling is when your candle burns straight down the center and leaves a wall of unmelted wax around the edges. It usually happens if the wax wasn’t allowed to melt all the way to the edges during the first few burns (FYI: that first burn should be around 2 hours). When tunneling happens, the wick can get buried in leftover wax, making it hard to relight or keeping the flame super weak.
But don’t worry — your candle can be saved! Here’s our go-to hack to fix it:
The Foil Fix:
1. Light your candle and grab some aluminum foil. Cut a small hole in the center of a foil piece, then gently wrap it around the top of the candle — kind of like a little foil hat with a hole for the flame.
2. The foil traps heat and helps melt the leftover wax stuck to the sides. Keep an eye on your candle while it’s burning (always safety first!), and after about 1–2 hours, you should see a nice even wax pool.
3. If your wick ends up swimming in too much melted wax, wait till the candle cools, then use a paper towel or tissue to gently soak up the extra wax around the wick. That should help balance it out and get it back to burning like new.
Pro tip: Always let your candle fully melt to the edges on the first burn — it sets the tone for the whole candle life!

How can I ensure I am safely burning and caring for my candle?
Candle care and safety is very important to avoid any accidents, injuries/burns, and fires. Please adhere to these rules for all candles, including ours:
- always burn your candle within sight. do not burn the candle for longer than 4 hours at a time
- keep burning candles away from flammable materials, children and pets
- do not light on or near any objects that can catch fire, and do not place on or near other heat sources
- burn candle on heat resistant surfaces only
- do not allow any dust, debris, wick trimmings, or any other materials collect in the wax by keeping your lid on when not in use and removing all wick trimmings from the vessel
- do not place your candle in a draft filled area such as a hallway, near a window or by a fireplace
Why won't my wood wick stay lit?
Wood wicks are make the nicest flickering sound, but they are a little high-maintenance — If it’s too long, the flame won’t catch properly — but if it’s too short, it can drown in melted wax. The magic number? Trim it to about 1/8 inch (just under the size of a grain of rice). Always trim off the black, burnt bits before relighting, and make sure the surface is clean and level. Once you get the hang of it, it’s totally worth it — cozy crackles included.
Also, on the first burn, allow the wax to fully melt to the edge of the tin! This can take a while! (4 hours max)
