Ingredients - Epsom Salts, Sea Salt, Essential Oil

Recommended use:

1. Adults: Add 10ml (2 teaspoons) to a full bath and wait for salts dissolve and disperse throughout the water.

2. Soak in bath with salts for 15-30 minutes, and no longer than 1 hour.

3. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
