Ingredients - Epsom Salts, Sea Salt, Phthalate and Paraben free Fragrance Oil
Recommended use:

Adults: Add 10ml (2 teaspoons) to a full bath and wait for salts dissolve and disperse throughout the water.

Soak in bath with salts for 15-30 minutes, and no longer than 1 hour.
